Prayers answered and hope fulfilled, this is Baby Anthony at home in their arms.
Just about one year ago, they trusted me to make images of them as two, praying to be three. Their session is here. It had been years already, the journey had not been easy and the months ahead would hold only more tears, more prayers as they waited for the child they already loved.
A rainbow holds promise after the rain of loss. And here they are, under it's radiant bow, in the light of answered prayers, with faith unwavering, anchored in the storm, now with hope fulfilled in their arms. This is Brenda and Ale and their longed for, cried for, waited for son. Witnessing their steadfastness and compassion through the unfolding humbled me as I realize even deeper how adoption, in all of its grief and loss and hope and faith is truly love in its most selfless form. This is a family film from Allison Corrin in Kansas City.
All my love to you, my dear friends.
